[Bug] VICE 1.18 does not handle the RESTORE key correctly

PROBLEMEXPOSITION

If you press the RESTORE key on the emulated machine, it only responds the first time after the emulator has been started.

CAUSE

There is a problem in the handling of the RESTORE key.

SOLUTION

Download and apply the patch before re-compiling VICE.

STATUS

The VICE team has confirmed this to be a bug in the VICE versions listed at the beginning of this article. It has been corrected in all subsequent versions
