[Info] The x128 font might look strange or show unusual characters
The information in this article applies to the following versions of VICE:
- VICE version 1.10 and later
EXPOSITION
When you run x128, you might get another font than you used to see with previous versions of VICE (or with a real C128).
INFO
Starting with 1.10, VICE supports alternative char sets which were available on the C128 as localized versions. For example, you get the DIN char set as seen with german versions of the C128.
SOLUTION
You can toggle between the "original" and the localized version of the char set by pressing F4 (DIN/ASCII or CAPS LOCK).
