[Info] Snapshotting cartridges does not work

PROBLEMEXPOSITION

If you had a cartridge attached when doing a snapshot, the cartridge does not appear when you reload the snapshot.

This behaviour is intentionally. The cartridge isn't saved with the snapshot. You have to manually attach the cartridge again, and then you can load a corresponding snapshot. Snapshots are mainly used for returning to higher levels in games.
