SYMPTOMS

You're experiencing problems with the keyboard with VICE. It seems that regardless what settings you're using, some keys do not work while others do.

CAUSE

A typical cause for this behaviour is that you've used these specific keys for joystick emulation.

SOLUTION

First, deactive joystick emulation to test if this is really your problem. If it is, re-enable joystick emulation but select other keys for the emulation of the joysticks.
